The FY26 COPS Anti-Methamphetamine Program (CAMP) will close on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 4:59 PM ET.*

*IMPORTANT: Applications will be submitted in a two-step process, each with its own deadline.

STEP 1: Submit an SF-424 in Grants.gov.  
GRANTS.GOV APPLICATION DEADLINE: THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2026 (4:59 PM ET).

STEP 2: Submit the full application including attachments in JustGrants.  
JUSTGRANTS APPLICATION DEADLINE: WEDNESDAY, JULY 29, 2026 (4:59 PM ET).

ABOUT CAMP

The Fiscal Year 2026 COPS Anti-Methamphetamine Program (CAMP) is a competitive award program designed to advance public safety by providing funds directly to state law enforcement agencies in states with high seizures of precursor chemicals, finished methamphetamine, laboratories, and laboratory dump seizures for the purpose of locating or investigating illicit activities such as precursor diversion, laboratories, or methamphetamine traffickers.

Who is Eligible? 


   
State Law Enforcement Agencies

Applicants must be state law enforcement agencies authorized by law to engage in or to supervise anti-methamphetamine investigative activities, and budget requests must be at least $1,000,000.

State and local governmental entities must comply with 8 U.S.C. §1373, which provides that State and local government entities may not prohibit, or in any way restrict, any government entity or official from sending to, receiving from, maintaining, or exchanging information regarding citizenship or immigration status, lawful or unlawful, of any individual with components of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security or any other federal, state or local government entity. This includes any prohibitions or restrictions imposed or established by a State or local government entity or official.

Funding 

Up to $13.5 million in funding is available through FY 2026 CAMP. Each award is three years (36 months) in duration. CAMP budget requests must be at least $1 million, and recipients may receive a maximum of $2 million per award. There is no local match.
