Establishing a culture of wellness and support for officers and their families can help them thrive on and off the job. The IACP and the COPS Office have released a new podcast series on family wellness, as a part of the IACP’s Serve.Protect.Lead. podcast series.
The five-episode series features discussions with law enforcement, family members, and subject matter experts about healthy sleep habits, family communication skills, financial wellness, suicide prevention, and family resilience.
