The COPS Office is thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025 Community Policing in Action Photo Contest! This annual contest celebrates the spirit of community policing by highlighting moments of trust, collaboration, and connection between law enforcement officers and the communities they serve.

For the 11th consecutive year, the COPS Office invited state, local, territorial, and tribal law enforcement agencies from across the country to submit images that capture the essence of community policing. This year, we were once again inspired by a flood of submissions that conveyed spirited moments of positive community engagement.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the agencies that participated in this year’s contest. These photos remind us of the importance of building trust and working together for safer, stronger communities.
