  • The SF-425 Report for the period ending June 30, 2019 was due on July 30, 2019! If you have not yet submitted your report, please do so ASAP. You will not be able to draw down funds until your SF-425 Report is complete. Contact the COPS Office Response Center (1-800-421-6770) with questions.

  • If you have changes in executives or officials and are not able to make updates in the Agency Portal, please complete the Change of Information form here and submit it to the COPS Response Center.
