Law Enforcement Tech Guide for Creating Performance Measures that Work

This COPS guidebook will help agencies develop performance measures to improve individual programs and to be integrated into broader performance management frameworks. Includes a six-step process for measuring performance, practical real-life examples, templates, recommendations, and checklists. It is a companion to the COPS-funded "Law Enforcement Tech Guide: How to plan, purchase and manage technology (successfully!)."
