Stalking: Training & Technical Assistance

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) developed a series courses relating to stalking and domestic violence in 1999 with funding from COPS and provided train-the-trainer programs for all Regional Community Policing Institutes (RCPIs). The courses center on domestic violence, but can be adapted to apply to stalking. Any community or police department that wants training should request it from its local RCPI.
