| Operation Partnership: Trends and Practices in Law Enforcement and Private Security Collaborations is intended to help law enforcement and private security organizations develop and operate effective partnerships to address issues of mutual concern. It provides guidelines and analysis which are supplemented with examples from partnerships throughout the nation of trends, innovative practices, obstacles, lessons learned, and results.
