This DVD presents interviews with representatives from five interoperable communications initiatives, focused on exploring the ten 
critical success factors for achieving interoperability: establishing and exercising governance, securing and managing staffing, 
defining and controlling scope, defining timelines, controlling budgets, quality assurance measures, risk management plan, 
procurement and contracting, and integration.
